Just a short update today. Not to much to tell. I had a really good sleep last night. Slept in, in fact. I usually get up at about 09:00, slept in till at least 10 this morning. Was good and bad, seen as I’m trying to listen to my body, sleep was what it was saying to do. However I had quite a few things that I wanted to achieve this morning. I did achieve most of them, except for writing my blog post this morning, it’s ended up being written right before bed time. That is usually when I write but I would like to write earlier in the day.

I spent the afternoon relaxing on the couch, watching motivational videos, and listening to some good music. That’s the other thing I wanted to do more of, listening to my audio book, I did manage some while I went for my walk in the morning. I am currently listening to “How to win friends and influence people” by Dale Carnegie. I get my books from Audible.com, I highly recommend it.

As far as side effects go, nothing really to report at this stage, which is totally awesome. If anything crops up I’ll let you guys know. 🙂

Keep reading, keep growing and as always stay Awesome.
