Had another good day today. So good in fact that I managed to take the kids for a good walk. It was chilly outside but nice to spend some time in the sun and fresh air. The title of this post has two meanings for me and they are as follows.

First, over the past few days I have noticed on social media people making mention of some Pokemon game, I don’t know much about Pokemon so didn’t pay to much attention to it. However after seeing it make the six o clock news I thought I should see what the hullabaloo is all about. It’s good to stay up to date with what’s new, right? Turns out its a game that goes on your phone, called Pokemon Go, and it encourages you to get up off the couch and go outside and walk. Like I said, I don’t know anything about Pokemon but the kids know all about it and we had a great time walking and catching Pokemon. I really like that this game gets you out and about and having fun with family and even meet new people. Pikachu is a Pokemon creature for those that didn’t know.

Geocaching is another really good outside phone game to play, with some treasure hunting added in.

Secondly, Peek at chew, as in, peek at you. As always I think it is really important that we examine our selves and our lives. For if we do not do this, how will we know where we can improve our selves. Like the sign in “The Matrix” says, “Know thyself”. I think we can deal with the world much more easily if we start from the inside out. Start from here, start from you, start from me. Instead of trying to change the world, instead of trying to change how people do things, instead of trying to change other people.

Thank you for being Awesome.
