I am super pleased to to let you know that I have had another three days of really good energy. Even though my sleeping pattern is slightly out of wack at the moment, at least I am feeling good when I am awake. 🙂 It has been Awesome being at my flat in the afternoons, I get the best sun on my couch in the afternoon and have a nap like a cat. 🙂

This week has been a bit of a readjusting week and getting used to being back on my own, so it hasn’t been very productive. I’ve just been lazing around and playing on my computer simulators. I have started playing chess on my phone though, versing people from all over the world. Starting chess again was on my to-do list, so I guess I did get something done after all. Chess is a great way to make your brain think out side the square and practice problem solving. I highly recommend it. 🙂

I am positively going into the next three days expecting a reasonable amount of energy, so send me your positive thoughts and love, I use every one of them. Thank you all again for being beautiful people.

Stay Awesome.

Positively, T Neil van Rooyen.
