A quick and short update. After having a couple of days of of low energy it was a nice morning waking up feeling a bit more normal. A bit more like a human being rather than a zombie.

I had my breakfast and went for a short walk. By afternoon tea time, the energy started waning off again but I’m super pleased that I had some to start with. At least I know I am making some headway.

Funny story from last night, I uploaded my blog and headed to bed. A bit earlier than usual, anyway. I woke up about two hours later and noticed that I hadn’t even turned the light off. So obviously when my head touched the pillow it was all over. That’s unusual for me, I usually sleep when I mean to. 🙂

On that note, listen to your body, it usually knows best. Another thing I’m re-learning.

Rest peacefully and stay Awesome.
