This week has been a bit of a roller coaster. One day I would have a good amount of energy, the next I would have quite low energy. Quite different from last fortnight, where the energy seemed to slowly rise towards the end of the fortnight. Over all though I would say that it’s still been better this time around.
The only side effect so far has been the aching arm, and that seems to be getting better now. Just in time for them to poke me with the needle again on Tuesday. š
I did manage to spend some time with friends last night, which was awesome and very much appreciated. Definitely have to do that more often. š
I would like to thank those who have cut their hair in support of me. I really do appreciate it, that’s one more way for me to see how much support I have. Love you all. š
Stay streamlined and Awesome.
Undulatingly and positively, T Neil van Rooyen.
So great reading your Blog and being apart of your journey even if from a distance. Hope you can enjoy the sun today
thanks for the update
After I had cut Audrey’s hair yesterday, she said it was drastic lol … we went right down to No. 1 !! I must tell you all, it was not an easy thing making that first cut, her hair was quite long and I was quite nervous! But as I said to her, cancer is drastic and the folk who have it have no choice when their hair falls out from the chemo, so for us supporters to do it is a choice they don’t have.
My turn next!!?? I will cut mine soon as I’m ready, within the next 2 – 3 weeks for sure, watch this space lol ….. lovies xx
I’m sorry Neil but I can’t cut my hair in support of you loosing yours, I hope Charlotte has knitted you beanie to keep your ears warm, but I do think of you and what you go thru after Tuesdays. Hope you enjoyed the nice day today.
Yes Colleen, I knitted him a nice woolen one awhile back, plus he has a nice thermo one, he sure needs it in this chilly weather! Thanks for your support! Every bit makes a difference!
