How have the doctors been for you?

Do you feel the treatment you are getting is working?

Well these are great questions, and a topic that I have not really mentioned much before. Lets start with the doctors. I have seen a fair few of them. From nurses to specialists, and everyone in between. And to be honest, I don’t remember a single one of them that treated me in a bad way. Every step of the way I had really Awesome people help me, they are all very polite and caring. Even though they do what they do, day in and day out, every time I have felt like they really care about my well being. I always get treated with respect and a smile. So to answer your question, the doctors and everyone else, have been absolutely great to deal with. A big thank you to each of the medical personnel that has helped me so far, you are Awesome. 🙂

Now do I think the treatment is working? As best as I can tell it is doing what it is supposed to. Soon after starting my chemo I noticed the lumps in my neck and head shrunk away and stopped hurting. This is really the only symptom of the Hodgkin Lymphoma that was physically obvious without scans etc. Other than fatigue and loss of appetite but the chemo causes those as well, so I can’t say from those. So, yes, I do think the treatment is working. 🙂 I’ll be able to give you a more conclusive answer after Monday, after I get the results of the petct scan that I had a few days back.
