Wow, so much going on in my head, it’s hard to know where to start. That I guess is the point of this whole writing process, to get some of this stuff out of my head so I can make better sense of it all. Lets start updating then.
Blogging:
First post out yesterday, it and had a really good response. Thank you guys for your comments, I enjoy getting some feedback. You may notice over the first while that the page changes its appearance or layout, it’s not a transformer, it’l me trying to find what I like as far as layout goes. And my apologies in advance for if I accidentally delete everything.
Hodgkin Lymphoma:
In this head of mine there is a train, usually this train pulls passenger cars, full of ideas and memories of the day or maybe even two days if I’m lucky. However today it is most definitely a freight train. Not one of those short ones, one of those that eventually you turn the car off cause you been waiting so long for it at the crossing. What is in these freight cars you may be wondering. Information, heavy information, lots of it. I went to my chemo therapy orientation meeting today. Yeah, lots of information about the side affects, all the do’s and don’ts and what to expect. Lists of tablets to take to try and stave off the side effects of the chemo. In fact I think the list of tablets is as long as two of my arms and half a leg. This doesn’t include the tablets that I then can take to stave off the side effects of the first tablets I took. Man I think I should get into the pharmaceutical industry, there is $$$ there.
My first treatment is on Tuesday morning, actually it will take most of the day. So I should be able to get a good amount of reading done, looking forward to that, the reading that is. Alright then, over 300 words already, I’ll try to not make these to long, that seems a bit of a challenge. Stay tuned to find out how stage 2.5 lymphoma works, maybe, who knows where this train goes tomorrow.
Stay true to yourself and be Awesome.
T Neil van Rooyen.
