Another quick update, it is now almost 2 weeks since my first chemo treatment. Had some good days and some low days. But if I count them all up, there were more good ones. Way more good ones.
As far as side effects go, at the moment, still just a slightly tender mouth. My arm that was aching is much better now. So that is awesome. Getting ready to start all the tablets again for a few days. My next treatment is on Tuesday morning. I didn’t have any nausea last time so I guess the tablets do work. I’d rather take the tablets than feel sick. 🙂
Over the last few days I have felt almost normal, so long as I don’t do to much physical stuff. Hopefully with the next treatment, now that I have a better idea of what to expect, I will go a lot better. Onward and upwards, all with a super positive attitude.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments.
Now you are updated, and Awesome.
Positively, T Neil van Rooyen.
I think we are all feeling a lot more relaxed about the next treatment, now that we know what to expect. The fear of the unknown is gone!
It will be “interesting” to see how these next two weeks go! We are with you all the way! lovies
Awesome, thanks for the update. I’m glad that the apprehension of the unknown is passing. I cant believe its been 2 weeks already……but may not seem like that to you.
All the best for the next round.
