Over the past few days I have had a good amount of energy compared to the previous weeks on the same days. I’ve been loving it. I have spent my time over these last few days organizing myself. I found a whole bunch of apps to help me stay organized, like to-do lists, etc. My favorite would have to be the “Star Trek” themed to-do list. π
I also got some new books to read. On the moving forward front I got:
- The Values Factor – By Dr John Demartini
- Millionaire Booklet – By Grant Cardone
On the relaxing before bed front I got:
- Captain to Captain – By Greg Cox
These are all audio books, that I get through Audible.com, or Amazon.com. They are great and very affordable.
The other exciting thing I did today was to assemble my new bed at my flat. Bedding and all. I am planning on staying at my place more often now that we seem to have a better understanding of how my chemo cycle effects me.
So this then is the third day of good energy, tomorrow I come off the anti-nausea tablets again, and usually that’s when I have my lowest day. But I am going to stay positive and see if I can keep moving forward. I will still listen to my body and rest if needed. Obviously I need to keep my body in good order to accomplish any thing else. π
I’ll leave you with this quote:
βWith everything that has happened to you, you can either feel sorry for yourself or treat what has happened as a gift. Everything is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You get to choose.β β Dr. Wayne W Dyer
Stay Awesome.
Positively, T Neil van Rooyen.

That’s a great quote!
This week does seem different to some of the other weeks, you have done well energy-wise and I think your positiveness is having an effect on your body too, actually I know it is!
lovies xx
Love the quote!
