This week went a bit better than the one before. It must be time for chemo again as I can feel my energy levels starting to rise. I have definitely noticed a drop in energy over the last month compared to before. I would wake up and be ready to take on the world, start some dishes or some other small chore, have a shower, and then its all over. 🙂 Energy spent. That really frustrates me, as I have so much I want to do. I think I have decided though to stop beating myself up, I’ll just cruise along for now. And at the end of the year, my energy should start picking up quickly. Then I’ll do 10X more. Only thing is, patience, I want to start today. There is no time like now. 🙂 I guess this could be a lesson in patience.
Not much else to report, I stopped taking the pain killers. I only took them for about thirty six hours. I most likely just got used to the pain again. Which is just as well, because the pain killers are bad for my tummy.
Keep looking towards the sun and if the sun ain’t shining like here, (it’s been raining for like tree weeks) then just remember, the rain is washing the world. That must mean the world is like me, we both like long showers. 🙂
Stay Awesome.
Positively, T Neil van Rooyen.
Nice to get a post again!
One, Two, Tree?? lol
Only five more to go Neil! And even though we cant see the sun, it IS still up there, shining away!

Hi good to see a post again. I was getting withdrawal symptoms lol. Yea what’s with the 1,2, tree lol. At least it made me smile on this Monday morning. I agree take it easy until December then you should be able to do everything 10 times quicker. Please send us the rain and we’ll send you the sun. It’s hot here and no rain in sight and our dams are getting empty. Bye for now and keep well. Look forward to reading your next post. Love you lots xx

Hi Neil have you gone off the radar, I have been reading your blogs. Hope this is not a sign that you are not well at all after your last chemo. Chin up think positive and get that energy up and running. Sun bathing will do the trick out in the lounger and reading a book. looking forward to your next blog. Get well and enjoy the little sun we have today. Thinking of you. Maybe you also need some of your favorite ice cream. lol
